• convention priority date, country, and the number of initial application.

2. Description of the invention.

3. Claims.

4. Images and / or other materials illustrated (unless they are referred in description).

5. Abstract.

6. The power of attorney in the name of a patent attorney, certified by the signature of the director and the seal. Can be provided within two months from the filing date.

7. A certified copy of the original application filed in a member state of the Paris Convention (for conservation priority). Can be provided within three months from the filing date.

Documents required for filing an application for an industrial design:

1. Oder letter, comprising:

• full name of company or full name of private person;
• legal and postal address of the company or individual;
• author (s) (name and address);
• name of the industrial design and the classes according to the International Classification for Industrial Designs;
• convention priority date, country, and the number of initial application.

2. A description of the design.

3. Images and / or other materials illustrated (or pictures , etc.).

4. The power of attorney in the name of a patent attorney, certified by the signature of the director and the seal. Can be provided within two months from the filing date.
